Earlier this week I got this app called iCollect that allows me to scan the barcodes on my puzzles and it will track what I have. Boy was that enlightening! I found that I had a couple duplicates. I also discovered that I have a LOT of puzzles. I definitely need to not keep every puzzle. There are some I need to do and then pass on for someone else to love.

Part of the reason that I have so many puzzles, is because I’ve recently become a bit addicted to thrift shopping. Sometimes I feel like the thrift shops are calling to me. I thought Thursdays could be days that I share some of my thrift store finds.

The puzzles I want to share this week are not my usual style of puzzle, but something about them called to me. I’m looking forward to the weather cooling because I feel like these would be cozy in the cooler weather. All are larger piece counts. All 4 are Ravensburger puzzles (shocker!) because if I see those in a thrift store, I’m automatically drawn to them.

And speaking of Ravensburger puzzles, I keep those in a separate spot from the rest of my puzzles because I find them so satisfying. I’ve taken a picture of the shelf, but ignore the mess nearby. I have a ton of stuff piled on the table next to the shelf to keep the puppy from chewing up stuff that he can reach.

I definitely have a problem.

I love the idea of your thrift store finds! I love thrifting myself. Also, that would be interesting if your local library had a sort of puzzle exchange thing where you complete one then swap it out. Mine does something similar. It would give you a place to take them as well, knowing someone else would pick it up and actually use it as intended.
